Meet the team

Jack joined the team in March 2021 as a Service Delivery Analyst and he has proven himself incredibly valuable on the phones and supporting customers. Jack has been in Customer Service roles for over nine years in various environments, but IT is where his skills really come to fruition. In 2022 Jack progressed to a Service Delivery Engineer second line, and we look forward to seeing how he settles into his new role. Outside of work, Jack has been playing PC games since he was four, as well as building a few gaming PC’s in the last few years. He also has expert knowledge of the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe)…I feel a Marvel quiz night coming soon.
